Leasing your property: Nebraska Lifestyles will Provide a condition report, Show your property, Screen prospective renters, Run credit reports, and Prepare all lease contracts.
Managing your property: Nebraska Lifestyles will Provide maintenance services, Collect rent, Prepare monthly income/expense statements, and Disburse net proceeds.

We specialize in the leasing of executive rental properties. Nebraska Lifestyles does not Sell real estate, Charge set-up fees, or Mark up maintenance services.
MANAGEMENT COSTS
Fees are 1/2 of the months rent to procure the tenant and 10%
per month there after to manage the property. Or for 1/2 a months rent, we
will find the tenant and turn them over to the owner for month to month management.

Our service goal is to be good stewards of your property and investment dollars. Through our screening process, the staff will make a conscientious effort to procure the most worthy applicant for the property who will honor their lease commitment. Our goal is to have each property perform to its highest financial potential.
The staff’s communication with the owner regarding all elements of managing their property will establish for the owner a high level of confidence for day to day operations, leaving the owner time to concentrate on other productive endeavors.
