Jeb graduated from Hastings College with a BA in Psychology in 1974. He took a position as a Maintenance Operations Supervisor upon graduation for a mid-Nebraska property management company. He then owned and operated a chain of 5 motels in 3 states. Jeb received his Nebraska Real Estate License and started a property management organization in 1985, during the organization of the company he also sold residential real estate. He then obtained his Nebraska Real Estate Broker’s License in 1988.

In 1992, Jeb purchased Nebraska Lifestyles and merged his original property management operation into Nebraska Lifestyles. At the beginning, Nebraska Lifestyles consisted of 35 single family residences. He has built Nebraska Lifestyles to its current management portfolio of 168 single family units and has continued to expand the company into some small apartment buildings, duplexes and a condominium homeowners association. The single portfolio continues to grow steadily.

Jeb comes from a family that has been in the property management and investment real estate business for over 150 years, since the mid 1800’s. He has spent the majority of his real estate career in those same endeavors. Because of Jeb and his staff’s personal attention to all elements of a property owners management needs, Nebraska Lifestyles has become a successful and locally respected property management company with a large referral network of real estate and relocation agents.
